About This Role

Bordeaux & Burgundy is actively seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact in liaising cross-functionally with internal and external teams to optimize customer experiences and deliver performance-driven marketing campaigns as well as creative initiatives in-line with client needs. 

In this role, you will act as the primary contact for key client stakeholders, developing and overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns globally to ensure objectives are achieved. We seek a dedicated, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who can balance client needs with the agency’s objectives. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to; driving creative and campaign delivery from inception to launch, effectively communicating with stakeholders, and collaborating seamlessly with marketing departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for key accounts and their stakeholders
  • Manage incoming creative and campaign requests, including analyzing briefs, leading creative brainstorming sessions, and making decisions on campaign approaches
  • Communicate account performance to internal and external stakeholders through regular meetings and reports
  • Record and share account performance insights with the leadership team
  • Foster account growth and champion ‘best in class’ marketing and results
  • Maintain project management tools, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient organization
  • Own the client strategy as the in-house expert on both overarching creative and campaign-specific goals

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an Account Management role
  • Proven success in Account Management, Client Success Management, or a relevant Marketing position
  • Strong knowledge of marketing campaigns and their best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and confident communication of results
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions
  • Strong listening, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
  • Persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
  • Ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with project management and collaboration software like and Notion
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing technology
  • BA/BS degree
